There's another crazy life hack nobody talks about: you don't have to settle on a modus operandi forever and deviation from your current thing is neither failure nor heresy 😱
I like to go full 18 hours fasting, high protein and fat for three or four weeks, then again introduce a more relaxed diet for a month. Or two. And then keto / paleo again. Also going with the seasons here, your body has different needs in winter and summer, plus there's my sport and current training goal, bulking VS cutting et cetera.
There is no one-fits-all answer.
More than that, whatever it is about:
You do not have to settle for anything and be a fanatic about it.
You do not have to preach or go against preachers.
You do you, nobody else cares.
But stay integer to your instincts, intuition, and recognize yourself as an evolving and changing entity.
