The Hidden War -

If war is for control. The most valuable asset for control is the minds fighting the war.

The reinforcing of deceptive data that feeds into an agents unconscious underlying frameworks that produce cognitive processes such as relevance realisation and predictive processing, can in affect manipulate the autonomous agents attention, thus in extension altering their actions and thoughts. Fiat money is a form of deceptive data and is doing this exact process of revising attention.

This is how the mind can be updated for distortion, rather than truth.
