This is how my everyday Wim Hof breathing practice looks like by now ... average 4 minutes of breath retention. It's not about competition at all.

But can you imagine what happens inside when you are able to just lie there for 4 minutes in absolute stillness? Just to be aware of whatever passes by in the moment?
