Having a health/fitness goal is really important to give you sense of direction.

Not only does it feel good to be strong, fit and healthy but helps you develop focus in other areas of life.

Really made a big difference for me in last couple of months.

4 months left til 2024 and summer is soon over.

I won’t be able to come til at least next summer.

Cape Town for sure is on my priority list though.

It will be so cheap, especially if you pay with #sats.

We should hit ATH in #btc long before the $ does…
