Amidst the Roman Empire's cruelty, Lup, once a servant of Saint Demetrius, witnessed his master's martyrdom. Inspired, Lup fearlessly entered the arena, healing the sick and performing miracles in Christ's name. Seizing broken chariot wheels, he miraculously wielded them as weapons, vanquishing pagans and idols. Arrested and commanded to renounce Christ by Emperor Maximian, Lup refused, enduring torture. He was then beheaded, joining Demetrius in eternal glory.

Let us beseech Martyr Lup to intercede, that we too may stand firm in faith, reflecting Christ's light amidst darkness.
