How to prevent a wipeout of archival-full-nodes operated by private people (natural persons) from the Bitcoin network, giving the scenario of ever increasing resource needed (ROM & RAM) without compensation for them (if not running a Lightning Node with opened and routing channels)?

What can we do to protect ourselves from this scenario (tactics) and thus ensuring Bitcoin Decentralization (Running Bitcoin from the people for the people; rules without rulers)?
