I stopped buying Apple products after the first "bendable" iPhone came out of people's back pockets and Apple started violating their own human design guidelines with their UIs.

Did you know that their human design guidelines state (or used to, haven't checked lately) that buttons/interactive elements were to be no less than 44px square so they could be easily touched. Then they went and added this, which is almost impossible to make contact with on your first try 😂 Jobs would never have allowed it

The whole concept of the iPhone (and Android) violates the core design principals of discoverability and predictability. The screens are too small to display the necessary info and the input methods are too clumsy to be really good. I only use phones when there isn't a real computer available.

Thats attrocious. Even material getting better. Google Material 3 is a good step in the right direction.
