How do I see from WoS who sends me sats so I can thank them?

Add the WoS address to nip05 field in your profile settings.
Not sure what you mean? I have my email address there. That was what was suggested.
The lightning address that looks like an email. It might depend on what client you're using. I use amethyst. Zaps can be seen on the profile page on the zaps tab
