Dumb down one of the smartphones lying around the house, install chatGPT and give this new device to kids :)

Don't know if I can trust chatGPT alone with my kids. I want an offline version, limited to dictionary functionality.
Why use an LLM for that?
What else us able to do it?
A normal dictionary... It's the perfect, child-friendly UI: a box where you input the word you want to know. If you want to make it audio, I guess that's trivial nowadays.
Why make it harder?
Just so you can interact with it. Ask it questions, give more examples or simplify it a little.
