Why i make this cache ?
1. #Nostrmo has a build in relay.
2. I need a relay for other project.
So, i split some code from #Nostrmo and make it. Hope it can help someone.
It support Android, Windows, Macos and Linux now.
Due to it is comes from #Nostrmo and it is designed for cache relay, it has a extra field sources to store where the event is came from.
