"Mind over matter" quite literally. If you think you will get sick, you will get sick. If you think you will get better, you have a higher chance of getting better.

And luck is more about being ready for opportunity when it arrives.

If you have a positive outlook everything looks like an opportunity. VS having a negative outlook and never seeing opportunity.
