Thoughts on using a dedicated computer for your bitcoin node and Sparrow wallet vs your daily rider?

If yes to a dedicated computer,

thoughts on new or used?

If this is someone’s entire net worth/retirement fund etc, is it worth them getting a new computer to mitigate for any potential vulnerabilities in a used/refurbished computer?

Asking for a friend (for real 😂)

The videos is what I was referring to. Definitely recommend making your own node. No need to buy one. Videos have some good info

Gotcha. Yes that’s ideal, but I’m helping very low-tech ppl, and as easy as it seems for some, it’s crazy hard for others 😅

Add an Offline seed signer (I use ColdCards). The Paranoids might say commit to a dedicated computer, also. My seeds are off line and never touch the internet, I’m not concerned.
