i went to do my pull-ups finally again just now and went dang did two in a row and i got my chin over and i'm like

i'll do the 5 with the 90s break just fine tonight and i think i'm gonna do my squats too, dammit
that allergic reaction i had two days ago really knocked me off my perch

i think i can probably almost do 5 now, 4, for certain
