But it often doesn’t matter WHY things happen, except to academically interested. It matters that it did happen, and there is not much chance of changing perceptions by relying on same talking points that failed the first time. Declaring superiority over the only social media most ever knew didn’t work We need new approaches (and/or services) that better demonstrate and promote the alleged advantages
