📚 GM all nostr book lovers. In case you weren’t already aware the very early first version of Open Librarian has been released and is live.

Open Librarian is a FOSS book and reading tracking web-app (a little like GoodRead). It is Nostr native and still got a long way to go but I’m proud of the work so far.

Currently I recommend folks wanting to test it spin up a new NSEC (can do it through the app). I will be adding an import feature in future for you to be able to copy your shelves from one key to another. In the meantime, have a go with searching for books and adding them to your library shelves.

Further out there will be socials etc. but the books 📕 and reading 📖 take priority!
