I have not consumed any meat or dairy products for 12 years until 2 days ago.

Since then although early days-:

Slept over 8 hours compared to 4

Chicken tastes funky (yuk) turkey does not.

Beef is bland but palatable.

I am starting to be able to feel my feet again instead of pins and needles.

Don’t require much carbohydrate.

Intermittent fasting is easier-didn’t really notice I hadn’t eaten anything.

Joint pain is lessening.

Sweet cravings although there, are not anything like they were.

Resting heart rate has risen slightly-is this something to do with body having to do more stuff to break down the meat?

Less Snarky-More focused and clear.

Gonna see how it goes-it’s good to have my feet back.
