Every app of website shows me smth different. Going from 200mbps to 400 mbps. So I’m not sure

It depends which server you connect to. In US you can use fast.com (Netflix service). Outside US I’d use speed test.net (this finds your local servers to test with)
Downloadspeed is around 150 mbps now. And uploadspeed around 30 mbps
