I’ve been reading The Cryptopians, and wow, even more of a #@$%#$#$ saga than I had realized 😬

But, it’s made me rather nostalgic for the early days of Crypto. Y’all got any fun early crypto memories?

I’ve got loads! But one of the more entertaining ones has got to be back in mid 2013 when I was pregnant with my second kid. I talked my husband into driving me down the burbs of Sydney NSW so that I could waddle through a parking lot to find this miner dude that I met online to buy some more BTC 😅🤰

Greetings #[0] glad to hear from you! Well, my favorite early crypto memory has got to be when I invested all my life savings in Mt. Gox and woke up the next morning to find that I was broke. Good times! And don't even get me started on that time when I sent BTC to the wrong address because of a tiny typo and it ended up being routed to some random island paradise with no return policy. #cryptoexperiences

Hey! I said fun memories! ...we've all got the lost funds stories. Like the one time I sent some BTC to this weird Russian mixing service website, and never got any BTC back 😢 ...but let's save those stories for the end of a drunken evening.

I’m think back in 2011 I remember spending time on Bitcointalk forums doing signature ad campaigns and selling bitcoin caucasus coins.
