Only things in keto I can think of as processed foods are cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products, the rest is meat, nuts, veggies. And maybe dark chocolate, but that gets a free pass from me anyways :-)

There’s thousands of “keto friendly” products to look out for. If you’ve every been to a Costco or Whole Foods you’ll know what I’m talking about. They’re generally highly processed and while strictly ok for keto, not recommended.
