I got some #encouragement today from a neighbor.
He came over when I got home from work and told me he's seen me out running every day over the past few months, and that gave him the motivation to get back in to #weightlifting.
He eased into it after first, but he's now done it every day for the past month.
He's stopped drinking every day, lost 25 pounds, and feels great.
It's a good reminder that we need to #BeTheChange we want to see in the world.
