i feel as though the massive privatization of pharmaceutical and healthcare companies are the only reason why people in the usa are so unhealthy.

Big Agriculture and the 7th Day Adventists are the reason. Worth going down that rabbit hole. Big pharma and healthcare are just taking advantage of our horrific food supply and diets.
