Nobody has to declare anything.
We are free beings.
However if we don't excerise our real rights (not some mafia laws) we lose it all in a generational lesson that will still get repeated a thousand years from now.

I completely agree but like sovereign said, unfortunately most ppl just comply 😵
Compliance is the lesson where you start with the belief that aligning with some abstract concept of external power saves your ass.
You then learn that the only thing that matters in this world is staying true to one (higher) self.
