Besides manual mute thread what else can we implement to reduce noise?

Don’t mention/notify me in a note with more than e.g. 5 mentions, and/or 5 people in reply-to field?

I added your suggestion to the #damus board. https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/856

I was thinking more along the lines of how can hellthreada be preemptively muted. These may contain different keywords.

Thank you. Usually mute is not applied to notifications and DM
