The Agreed to 5%. Each NATO country will now pay 5% of it's GDP instead of the current 2%, which most countries didn't even pay (Only Spain hasn't agreed yet, Trump will make them pay with tariffs).

The US pays 2/3 of NATO's budget. This will share the burden.
