I'm looking to set up a new reoccurring biweekly bitcoin purchase from my fiat checking account. I want to set it and forget it with a scheduled DCA. I don't mind if the wallet/app/platform is custodial though would prefer noncustodial if that actually exists. If it's custodial I'll just make regular sweeps once a month or whenever I remember not to be lazy.

Two questions:

1) does anyone recommend one app or platform or exchange over another for setting up scheduled DCA?

2) Does anyone have a reflink or know of any promos available?
