Get a new bank. I prefer to pay as little fees as possible. A sat saved is a sat earned. Coinbase is even better than cashapp

Get a boyfriend/girlfriend/other that can to be your proxy. Once its on Strike they can send it instantly for free. Thats what I do to avoid using my bank account
