June 4, 2025 marks the 36th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre, where the Chinese Communist Party deployed tanks and troops to brutally suppress peaceful students and citizens calling for freedom and democratic reform.

Though the tragic crackdown occurred on June 4, 1989, and it successfully halted China's democratic movement at the time, the memory of what happened has not been forgotten. These events have been deliberately erased or distorted in official narratives, but the truth lives on through those who remember and pass it down. Future generations deserve to know the real history — not the version rewritten by the CCP.

Today, I honor and remember those who took part in that movement — those who stood up, spoke out, and even gave their lives for a freer and more democratic China. History will not forget you. One day, when China’s democratic dream becomes a reality, your names will be etched into monuments of honor and gratitude. Thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your hope.
