Yeah, and an Opie brain.
His brain is essentially dead at this point. The dude has problems forming normal sentences and he does not seem to understand where he is some times.
Just goes to show the president is essentially a puppet position. Our government is run by factions of staffers, the president is the scapegoat in chief with minimal essential duties, and of those essential duties, 100% of them can be handled by someone else.
