Had a guy call me a "brokie" because I said I enjoy cooking my own food, instead of ordering takeaway or going to the restaurant.
Don't know about you, but, for me, cooking gives me a way to connect with my food and it's a creative activity.
So, here's my meal for this evening. First meal of the day, mind you.
Beef & lamb burgers with bacon & halloumi+ crispy & fresh onion
I like to mix beef and lamb for burgers, because the flavour is so much better. I also add salt, pepper, garlic granules, dry thyme, and eggs to the mix, before leaving it in the fridge for a few hours.
