The answer is [A] your sessions will last longer because you are doing everything you can to keep going without finishing, and [B] you will also have more sessions because your sex drive will remain high because you are not depleting your energy and hormones by ejaculating. (It takes a lot of energy for your body to generate semen, while retaining will give you more energy and drive to find a sexual outlet.) [C] Your partner will become more attracted to you and want more sex because your behavior will subltly change and your body will be giving off more hormones.
