As I wasn't using tiered ship WiFi, I doubt this was happening on the Red Bull eSIM, which is charged per GB. Also this happened on land while roaming with O2.
But yes, I use Tailscale + Mullvad, which I tried turning off and on several times. I also use NextDNS within this configuration, which bypasses any DNS blocking, again, I turned this on and off.
Both NextDNS and Tailscale are great options. You know what you’re doing. Carry on. ;-)
The funny thing is, I was by far the most technical person aboard ship, but was the only one having problems.
I couldn't even get the onboard PWA to work, most cruise lines have actual apps, but Cunard decided to make it web only, meaning my wife had to book all the shows and restaurants for us on her app 😂
