I don't want to go to Croatia... I'm to worried the next war will be in EU and very bad.

I have a EU passport and I lived a while in South Portugal and it's nice but I think it is still going to be bad there... So I want to check out Costa Rica, then check out El Salvador [2nd time there] and otherwise fly to Madeira.
