Try zapping someone else. You could also change the wallet.

I can zap other people, except people who use Satoshi wallet.

In my opinion the problem is your wallet then. My solution: create another wallet, say the Wallet of Satoshi, and zap people, who cannot receive a zap from alby.

Well, maybe, since I am not the only person complaining about this issue.

I will try another wallet, but not satishi since I heard it stop working in USA, so I don't want a wallet that doesn't work in all countries.

No problem. I use phoenix…, but people complain a lot about the fees. I have several wallets both lightning and main net, each one is useful for something.
