True. I like Bitbox too. I think it might make sense to diversify. A bit in Bitbox, a bit in Bitkey and perhaps a bit in Coldcard. I also personally know quite a few who shun them all and opt for the old school keys on paper.
Well to be fair there are some people very vested in the whole bitcoin thing.
There is for instance nostr:nprofile1qqspjp7f92tdat9gsv94x0lqja8q3lagu6ww28vd2vngl7wd9dkz0tcpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctv9u9pqxgc the original author of the RaspiBolt guide, enabeling plebs to easily run a node at home. Or there is nostr:nprofile1qqsw3znfr6vdnxrujezjrhlkqqjlvpcqx79ys7gcph9mkjjsy7zsgygpr9mhxue69uhhqatjv9mxjerp9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsq3samnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwdehhxarjd93kztnrdaksz9thwden5te0wfjkccte9ekk7um5wgh8qatz7tvu4p - coldcard. And lots others.
IMHO one value of the whole bitcoin thing is that there are actually people I could trust although I don't have to.
