No limit to the debt now, sets the time at January 2025 for unlimited debt going into a recession.

Minimum $4 trillion new debt to around $36 trillion in early 2025.

There comes a point where nobody wants any more US Treasury debt. Then the Fed has to buy it all, otherwise rates go thru the roof.
