Ahahha damn. Question. I just need it to get sats from a bitcoin faucet. I should be able to move those sats from segwit or legacy into a regular wallet no problem right?

most wallets and exchanges use segwit these days.
that being said, perhaps perhaps perhaps it may be wise to store some in a legacy address... 🤷♂️
Having different storage locations is always a good idea. Problem i find is not many wallet apps support legacy.
yet 75% of bitcoin is held in them... hmmm....
