yes it´s bad, taxes are never good.. but very slim chance of passing, and if it does it will distribute miners globally, too concentraded on USA right now.

Its spending is out of control so it's solution is to steal more money from citizens through egregious taxes. The mining tax won't hold up in court imo. It's a violation of at least 4 US laws
