Can a landlord evict you for having an unspayed dog? My landlord did know my dog was unspayed when we moved in but was told she would be after her first heat cycle. She just sent me a text asking if it's been done or if we have an appointment set up yet. Due to some health problems we currently only have one income and I don't think it's going to be affordable for a good while.
