Many of points on the slide are just properties of a good money. You could make similar arguments for why the dollar is used by criminals:

- cash USD is untraceable

- cash USD is permissionless

- cash USD is irrecoverable

- USD is very liquid

- USD is accepted almost everywhere

- Etc.

Bitcoin just adds more and better features: divisible, decentralized, 24/7 tx, digital, etc.
