it was dead on arrival. let israel annex gaza and the west bank, then grant protective citizenship to arabs in the region. the fallacy of western "aid" is a 2 000 year project of extreme colonization of jerusalem for aryan supremacy. there is no future for israel or palestine with western and saudi interference. the saudis want the entire coast and egypt, and of course control of the suez canal. it's terrible policy to do anything else - the most successful bet is on israel and the plo making their own internal federal structure.

we say annex because it is political - honestly, it is protectionism offered by israel to the entire holy land. despite propaganda which suggests otherwise, hamas terrorizes everyone in the region. the plo and israel merging would make the holy land unbeatable against western and saudi/opec interference.
