What did Judas do to Jesus?

Why don’t we talk about that today?

Would it be okay…

Of old Judas finally got his say?

God said “one of you will betray me”

And God’s will is God’s and there ain’t no way

To defy the will of God anyway.

So Judas said “That’s Jesus, the Son of God and I believe him” and that’s all he had to say…

Then he kissed him there in public and watched as they dragged his life away…

The rest of his story never mattered

Judas got what he deserved he hung himself in shame taking all the blame in a corner of some poor mans plot where even the poor can’t pay

“Whoa is he who betrays me” that’s what his best friend told him that day…

But Judas did it because he loved him,

enough to betray.

You know Judas could read and write that’s what the Bible’s always said.

He was the guy kept the money

and I imagine the names and the amounts and the things they’d say…and pray for…everyday

Because we know Jesus wasn’t hustling down

The followers of His Father anyway.

Jesus said “Follow me” to Levi the money counter son of Alphaeus

I guess reading and writing weren’t his thing

Now the Bible wouldn’t betray us

We’ve always know that Judas wrote a gospel

Just ask old Saint Irenaeus

So when they discovered his Gospel there was no doubt it was extemporaneous…

Can’t blame us…

Now his story is out…

What is it about…?

Will you find it out?
