I don’t have a dog to have sex with, and understand that NGU thinking is short-sighted. BTC is not uniquely suited to scammers, much more illicit and violent behavior occurs in the name of the dollar. Where BTC allows avoidance of KYC via p2p transactions, XMR goes further to provide anyonymity, and that same anonymity is a defense against state tyranny in other scenarios. I’m all for checking maximalism where warranted, but I don’t find the “scammers use it” argument compelling.
