Also, people can be absolute bastards.

She’s the kindest person I know and people just take the piss.

In short, buy btc and don’t touch real estate unless you live there or can outsource the whole thing

Yep. I had a tenant for 3 years. No issues. Hit the drugs, got involved in some serious stuff. Stopped paying and trashed the place. It's still empty after a year as I can't afford to do it up again.
