He can only censor #amethyst and forward to all that want to know. Like other clients already tried to have algos in the past.
Guess the best solution would be an own client for adult content designd by somebody that knows the rules in this field.
Keep in mind that nostr is under heavy development.
It's fair to say Amethyst and Damus are p much (currently) THE The NOSTR clients for mobile. So it sort of matters how they behave. Yes you can make an alternative client but realistically is that going to have any reach?

Yes i've been blocked by a person cause i participated in #zapvertizing and cannot reach this guy to clarify cause he blocked. Yes this sucks.
But NO People will not necesaryli stick to theese two if they realize that their feed is lame.
I onced realized that iris is giving me just the half of the content i had on plebstr and never came back to it. i changed from plebstr to amethyst cause it was to slow. I will swich from amethyst to yana possibly if they add some things cause they are more stable and fast.
In 12 month this will be another place.
