Strike support was really good to me even when I was testing the platform out with small amounts. They've helped me out with limits and whatever else I've needed really quickly. Every company should do it the way they do.
The callback feature for customer support on Strike works well. I had an issue i needed help with, and they called me back in less than 30 minutes. A real human being that actually speaks english!!!
