The App level is where #WoT is most useful (and spicy :winkwithtongue:) to me right now.
And it'll probably be the first use case where we can even really call it Trust vs Distrust.
Apps (dis)recommending other Apps.
Communities (dis)recommending Apps.
Serious skin in the game with these things.

There's, on the other hand, also tremendous UX value in saying:
"We are AppName and these are the other Apps that work well with us"
