I use Amethyst, how would I access the live feature? I've spotted things like communities, the video shorts feed and so forth.

In the screenshot I have highlighted in green how you access the live feature on the amethyst app I also circled the notes discovery because that's another way for you to find popular people. Now if you want to start in your own lives you'll have to do that from a different app you can't do it within the amethyst app doesn't have that capability yet. If you want to create your own lives go to the spring app that I sent a screenshot of. I tried sending a link but the Play Store doesn't have one for some reason. You'll go to the spring app and you'll look for apps Noster apps that allow you to broadcast live I can't remember the names of them off hand right now otherwise I would give them to you. But explore that app because it has all the Noster tools that you'll need.
