Weird how do they know he's even using it to buy bitcoin? Cashapp especially has many other uses besides that. I always transfer the cash to cashapp first and then buy sats using the funds from my in app balance.
Wells Fargo isnβt allowing my friend to buy bitcoin on nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l or nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9
told him to call them up n tell them to let him do wtf he wants with his money

Wells Fargo blocked me years ago from anywhere that sold βcryptoβ. I only use my credit union for that now.
So odd. Should call and tell them you are trying to buy Wells Fargo stock in cashapp but can't seem to transfer the funds to cashapp to do so π€£
Look at that right in the app and they're blocking their own customers from buying it ππ€£
They'll probably hit you with the, "We can't authorize transfers to prepaid debit cards." That's how Capital One cockblocked me when I tried to add my Cash App account to it after years of using Fold. They killed the Fold connection too, but I didn't care. I was already going to stop using their account.
