It depends. If it's straight from the cow, you'll have cream on top. Many people separate that out. If you don't care, shake that up and enjoy the fatty goodness.

I totally understand that & I loves my cream. But does shaking the cream in the milk make it go rancid faster & taste bitter?

I don't know. I haven't heard that, but I'm still a n00b to raw.

I think if you shake it long and hard enough it'll result in butter... 🤷‍♂️

I read on a raw milk forum that if you shake raw milk to incorporate the cream with out making butter that it makes it go bad quicker?
