In part three of his series, "Diving into Open Source," he has added new features to the class's GitHub repository. Specifically, George has implemented an "Add to Calendar" button that allows users to download .ics files and import event details directly into their calendars.
The feature is designed for reuse, making it easy to implement for future events. Additionally, George integrated the button into the event pages, allowing users to easily save event details to their calendars from the primary card. The update also includes a brief overview of upcoming events on the "Upcoming Events" page, complete with the new "Add to Calendar" option.
